Execution Plan – Goals and Activities

Activity 1: Timely Conduct of Classes to Complete the Syllabus

Improvement Plan:

• Introduction of digital classrooms under the project.

• Engagement of guest faculty and contractual faculty to ensure uninterrupted teaching and timely syllabus completion.

Activity 2: Academic Support for Weak / Backward Students

Improvement Plan:

• Faculty members will be encouraged to identify and mentor academically weak students.

• Remedial teaching and additional support sessions will be incorporated into the regular timetable.

Activity 3: Access to Library Resources and Computer Laboratory

Improvement Plan:

• Establishment and upgradation of computer laboratories with additional systems.

• Library and computer lab will remain open during college hours.

• Students will be motivated and guided to make effective use of library and ICT resources.

Activity 4: Placement Opportunities and Employment Promotion

Improvement Plan:

• Establishment of a Skills Lab for entrepreneurship and employability skills training.

• Formation of a Placement Cell in the college.

• Liaison with local industries and organizations for employment opportunities.

• Training programmes in collaboration with agencies such as Banking Guidance Centres, DIC, MSME, and Rural Self-Employment Training Institutes (RSETIs).

Activity 5: Strengthening Communication with Key Stakeholders

Improvement Plan:

• Periodic meetings of parents, students, and teachers.

• Regular career guidance sessions by inviting career counselors and industry experts.

• Enhanced interaction with alumni, local leaders, and community representatives.

Activity 6: Enhancement of Faculty Competency

Improvement Plan:

• Faculty members to spend at least one hour per day in the library for academic enrichment.

• Organization of monthly Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs).

• Conduct of brainstorming sessions, language training, and interpersonal communication skill development programmes through the proposed Skills Lab.

Activity 7: Monitoring for Effective Learning Outcomes

Improvement Plan:

• Introduction of a daily performance reporting system for students and faculty.

• Continuous monitoring to improve learning outcomes and academic effectiveness.

Activity 8: Increasing Revenue Sources

Improvement Plan:

• Collection of fees for value-added and certificate courses.

• Mobilization of resources through public donations, alumni contributions, and community support.

Activity 9: Enhancement of Moot Court and Pre-Trial Training (LL.B – 3 Years, L.E.)

Improvement Plan:

• Development of digital moot court and pre-trial preparation facilities.

• Installation of smart boards and digital learning tools to strengthen practical legal training.
